They do my fall and spring tune up. I have an agreement that if anything breaks in an certain dollar range, there is no cost to me. Their work is excellent.

Walked in Friday evening to a hot house.  Called Elston Aire and they advised me when they could come out on after-hours service call and the additional fee for after-hours.   Service tech arrived late afternoon on Saturday (as estimated), looked at the unit and determined that it was low on coolant.  Job was completed in approximately 30 minutes.  I have used Elston Aire in the past, they are always professional, reasonably priced and give excellent service.

I called the office of Elston Aire and the staff was very professional and courteous.  The owner came out himself, as he likes to do with his new customers,  to inspect my unit.  It turned out to be a bad fan motor, which he repalced on the spot and had us up an running in no time.   I felt he was honest, and very accomodating.  He  did not try to "upsell" me anything which I always greatly appreciate.  I needed a follow up from them and another gentleman came out, also  very professional and accomodating.  I can not say enough about  everyone I encountered in this company.  Honest, punctual, professional and very courteous.
