Communication is over the top any time there is a need or issue. I love that my rent is direct deposited by a strong company so there is no worry of the funds clearing my account as long as my tenant pays. I received a link to photos after their last inspection which put my mind at ease that the tenants were taking good care of my investment. Each year as tax time rolls around I receive an end of year itemized statement detailing income verses expenses so I can easily do my taxes. I have access to my monthly statements online. I trust this company with not only my largest investment but have also recommended them to my friends and family to manage their rental properties as well.

Very pleased with the management services so far. Consultative from the start - i.e. setting a price, listing the rental, etc. Since the tenant moved in, the services have been solid. Good peace of mind as the property owner. They handle everything well.
