 + -1 moreCommunication is over the top any time there is a need or issue. I love that my rent is direct deposited by a strong company so there is no worry of the funds clearing my account as long as my tenant pays. I received a link to photos after their last inspection which put my mind at ease that the tenants were taking good care of my investment. Each year as tax time rolls around I receive an end of year itemized statement detailing income verses expenses so I can easily do my taxes. I have access to my monthly statements online. I trust this company with not only my largest investment but have also recommended them to my friends and family to manage their rental properties as well.
Description of Work: Century 21 Judge Fite Management company has been managing my rental property since 2008. They successfully secured an excellent tenant who lived in the property for 3 years and then moved out. Judge Fite Management handled the move out flawlessly and secured another tenant who has been in the property since.

 + -1 moreVery pleased with the management services so far. Consultative from the start - i.e. setting a price, listing the rental, etc. Since the tenant moved in, the services have been solid. Good peace of mind as the property owner. They handle everything well.

 + -1 moreThere is too much to go into detail about here. I just hope that no one else goes through what I did.
Description of Work: This property management company was my first experience with any. They didn't complete the first background check on a tenant and then didn't tell me it was incomplete until months later after damage had already been done to the house. The service fees for getting the house in a ready to live in status for the second tenant were excessive. I had quotes for less than half of what I ended up paying through Century 21. In some cases, it would take up to a week for them to respond to me. I went to Better Business Bureau just to get them to fulfill their end of the contract. This was by far the worst experience dealing with a 3rd party I have ever had to deal with. I could write a few paragraphs about the details of my experience but I think this covers the gist of it.
