Ernesto with Bug it Pest Control gave me piece of mind when I discovered termite infestation on my property. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient. He took care of all areas that were of concerns, house, fence, trees and garden areas. Very happy with results.

Work has not been completed yet but the project so far has been done very successfully and hopefully it will solve the problem completely

They have been great to work with so far, even coming out on a Sun to assess the need.

A lot of employees are going in and out of the company. I havent heard from them in over 3 months since the man who helped me with my house is no longer with the company. Someone finally called me 3 months later to check on my services. I really don't think me spending $1,500 to get rid of the rodents in my attic was worth the money. They only came to my house 3 times in a 3 month span. The original man who came was very friendly and I knew he cared about my problem.

I did pest control and flea control in my outside barn. I live in the country and they sprayed inside and outside my house and killed all insects throughout the house. They then killed all the fleas that had invested my barn. After they sprayed once and it did not work, they came back out twice more at no additional cost until Ithe job was done.

Kennie was always available when I had a concern or question.

I WAS KEPT ADVISED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WITH EMAILS AND PICTURES. THERE WAS $30,000 OF DAMAGES UNDER MY MOBILE HOME THAT NEEDED TO BE repaired. This company worked well with my mobile home insurance company. THIS COMPANY WORKED WITH MY HOME INSURANC

It pretty much took care of the job! No more rodents, no more rat stealing food from the kitchen. Iâ m completely satisfied and happy with that result! Not only that, but the workers that visited were very nice!

So far so good! They are a bit expensive, but the work they have put in has been solid.

I thought Bug It pest control was helpful and they showed up when they said they would. I thought the quality of the work was good but sometimes lacked attention to detail. They didnâ  t cover up the primary hole at which I had seen rodents the first time they came by, which seemed like a big miss to me. Sometimes they gave very short notice of their arrival, which was a little difficult. They were pretty expensive. I feel like some options may be cheaper or better value for money.

While a long-term evaluation (at the end of the 3 year guarantee) is not yet possible, I can attest to the professional, courteous, extremely helpful, and very congenial actions of all the staff who worked for me.
