Very thorough and professional. Not only did he install my alarm system, he assisted me with filling out the paperwork the company required. In my experience with alarm companies, the paper work is filled out and completed prior to the arrival of the technician to save time. He also assisted with setting up the ap on my spouse's and my phone. I am a senior citizen who is not good with computers or phone technology. In my opinion, he went beyond what was required. Great patiences. Highly recommend.

Once again SJ came to my rescue. Was experiencing some electrical issues. He troubled shooted the issue and took care of it. We talked about and will be upgrading my security system. The man is good at his craft. You won't be disappointed.
