"Thank you for taking the time to send a review. Our business does handle multiple sales at one time and we sent one of our wonderful teams to assist with your event. They did a great job and handled everything as agreed. Small geographic areas do require different approaches and we understand the process. Less traffic means less drive-by traffic and areas further away from the Metroplex will keep buyers at bay. The sale itself was small on scale, however the family was very kind and our regular customers as well as new customers had fun and found some treasures. We offer a complete inventory for our clients if they are wanting to absorb the fee of an additional team member at the cashiers table to document each item and is a line item on our agreements as an option (this if very time consuming and has only been contracted when all documentation is needed for probate or divorce proceedings). Otherwise, all items get rung up on a register and the totals are balanced out with credit card and cash received. We pay our clients 10 business days after the sale. Because we accept credit and debit cards, the 10 business days gives needed time to address and correct any potential charge backs or disputes. If we accepted cash only at the sale, payment to our clients is immediate. Our goal has always been to be upfront and responsive. My favorite place to be on vacation does not have phone reception. In the future, I will make sure my lack of phone contact will be addressed if I am going to take a vacation."
