UNIVERSITY COMPUTERS REALLY GOT OUR COMPUTER FIXED QUICKLY. THEY INSTALLED A NEW CD ROM DRIVE SYSTEM, AND ALSO INSTALLED NEW AOL SOFTWARE. THEY HAD OUR COMPUTER BACK TO US IN 24 HOURS, AS OPPOSED TO WHAT WOULD HAVE TAKEN A WEEK AT OTHER PLACES. IT IS NOW WORKING GREAT!
