Great! Augie, the owner, came to the house the day after we saw a neighbor s fence, since we loved what we saw. After meeting with him we knew that we wanted his company to install the fence. He took measurements and told us that he once we confirmed with him they could start the process. We spoke to him on 7/11/2007. We called him on the 17th of July to notify of contract acceptance and by the time all was said and done (weather, their schedule & permits) they started work on the 9th of August & completed our fence the following day. Stephen, the crew leader, and the crew arrived around 7am and left around 8pm the first day. The following morning they were at the house by 7:30am and finished after 4pm. EVERYTHING they took down left with them the first night and when they started the second day I didnt think they would be done... well, I was wrong. They finished around 4pm and our new fence was beautiful! The guys worked their hides off - I mean it; imagine the blazing sun in August. While I tried to give them Gatorade and feed them lunch, they were very busy trying to get their work done. Please note that they were very appreciative but kept on working. We were absolutely impressed with the quality of work. Oh, let me not exclude the women in the office - communication amongst the staff is excellent. They actually communicate with one another and then communicate with the client. What a concept! Who would have thought? Well, in our opinion, theyre like a fine tuned watch! I cant express how nice it was to get to work with Jenco.
