I needed to access a weekly lecture and my computer wouldn't function so as to  allow me to access the lecture.  The technician came on a Friday evening after regular work hours in response to my request. The problem was fixed as well as some other minor problems.He was polite, professional and very helpful.  I have tried to reach TACC for another problem that has cropped up and have not had success with receiving a call back.

While he did come on the day he agreed to come, he was late in arriving which we were understanding of as he ran long in finishing up the previous client's work.  We were expecting him to come with his own software, etc. to correct and detect our problem, but it appeared that the only thing he did while he was here was to download a free, anti-virus program and run it.  There were a few other things we learned from him just in the course of conversation while we were waiting, but his level of confidence wasn't as strong as we were expecting and he seemed in a hurry the entire time he was here.

Daniel was able to troubleshoot our home wifi network and figure out where the problems were. He resolved the problem (without selling us any equipment...something 2 previous techies were unable to do) and explained with great patience every step. He made several useful suggestions, as well. We have been looking for what I call "top shelf" IT service and do believe we found it with this company.
