T-BAR SERVICES

Space on our property was not the problem. A place to park/store our Wake board boat, my truck and our RV was. We asked T-Bar Services to come and make suggestions. In no time Tom Barnett, owner, suggested a detached garage, with a center garage and two 'wings' that we could either enclose fully or just cover with roof. The options was ours depending on our preference and budget. We chose what we wanted, style, paint colors and shingle color. From there T-Bar Service handled it all, from the design to building permits, labor, material, electrical, insulation and inspections, to completion. We could not be happier. The style blends perfectly with our house. Everything is now out of the weather, protected and easily accessible.

It went excellent! I called Tom over expecting to pay $2000 for a new unit. He was on time, courteous, easy to work with, and he gave me tips on how to keep my A/C unit running strong. I got the feeling that he was out to actually help me, and not just see how much $$$ he could squeeze from me (I hate that!!!). Anyway, I would highly recommend him. He's been doing it for 30 years. Definitely seems to know his stuff.

I called on a Saturday. He was very courteous, and said he would call back when he knew how long the job he was heading to would take. When he came, he explained our problem, then asked since he was only there for 15 minutes and would still have to charge for the hour if I would like an inspection of the outside unit and freon levels done, and I accepted. He found just one more minor item to be fixed, bringing in the part that should be replaced and showing why. He was great in explaining the issue. He also cleaned out our filters while he was there. Excellent service and price. He did not charge an after hours price and gave an Angie's List discount.

Excellent response - called on Friday and Tom was out on Saturday morning as promised and on time. Performed work requested and explained additionally what needed to be done and gave me the price before continuing. Immediately performed the additional work - did not have to come back. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

From the time I spoke to him on the phone to set the appointment, I was impressed and very comfortable with his manner, courtesy and professionalism. I did not feel he was trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. After he completed the work (in less than 30 minutes) he took the time to explain to me what had happened and how I could do maintenance myself to prevent it from happening again and avoid future service calls for this problem. I have no problems with recommending T-Bar to anyone needing Heating/AC work done on their home or business.
