Called in the AM and got a live person who scheduled us for the same day in the afternoon. Arrived on time and listened carefully to our needs. Fixed everything faster and cheaper than I expected. Could not be happier. Will definitely use them next time a plumbing need arises.

Larry Sawyer came to diagnose the problem we were having with our garbage disposal, which was making a loud noise. He had given a 9 am to 10 am estimated time of arrival and arrived at 9:05 am. He and his assistant quickly dismantled the disposal, found the problem (somehow a nail had fallen into the disposal and was lodged in it). They put everything back together and charged us the $90 service call fee. We have used Sawyer Plumbing several times over the years and have always been very happy with their quality and professionalism.
