Flooring, Ceramic Tile Service
Rico is a devoted, enthusiastic very experienced tile man. Note that he doesn't begin a job until the last one is finished. While this might possibly make you wait a little longer to get started on your job--you will be thrilled when he is working on your own job!
In my example, old rotten wood had to be torn out down to the beams in my two small bathrooms. It was quite a process and hard work! He worked continuously, completing one before he started my 2nd bath. He was here about 5 days, even worked Saturday
morning. I really appreciated that he did not run off to work on another job while doing mine.
I am no tile expert but I can't see how these bath floors could have turned out better than they did! I am even pleased with the tile I chose and didn't have to drive all over town to find it. Should you go to Rico's shop to choose tile, be prepared that it seems from the 1950's. It's perfect! The shop has been in Rico's family for decades turning out beautiful tile work. Janette, who works there in the shop, makes picking out tile a pleasure. She will spend all the time you need and get info for you. If they don't have the tile in stock, it can usually be gotten in a couple of days.
The price was very fair for the amount of preparation work that had to be done.

They did a very good job. Cleaned up every night and fixed all items pointed out without complaint. The bathroom tile and floor tile look great.
