+ -1 moreI used the company email/request-for-quote system and got a response within 24 hours from Gary Spray, the senior sales representative. After making a reasonable request for information and offering to provide drawings and a model of our project, all communication was dropped with no apology offering any excuse of choice. Subsequent contact has been made to determine a cause for the silence, but still no response.
