Hired him to extend and add to our fence. He was late in starting the project but got it done and it looks good. Found out the following spring he cut our irrigation line when moving the fence and did not repair his break so we had to hire someone to fix that. Now I get a notification from the city that he did not finish the permit process and have been asked to tear down his fence... I highly recommend not using him for your project.

Not reliable , doesn't return phone call or emails in a timely manner, not following manufacture instructions as to how to install the fence properly and hasn't completed the project on time.

As you watch your project become reality, you can see the quality of the work in the structure. Glen built an ADA-compliant ramp on the front of my house and a staircase on the rear entrance to the house. Both are rock-solid, attractive, and highly functional. I will be using Ready Reliable Home Improvement for several more projects around my house.

Glenn is a very nice man and means well. When I had problems with his work, he tried very hard to fix them. But the truth is this company was not qualified to do the work I hired them for. I asked them to refinish and re-stain an antique table and gave them a pair of leaves as an example of what I wanted. Instead, they stained my natural cherry table a very bright red that will never come out, and replaced the satin finish with a high gloss. Glenn also repeatedly missed commitments; the table I sent for repair was finally returned to me in April.

Ready Reliable is true to their name. They are reliable, do what they say they will and are just terrific.

This was my first experience with HomeAdvisor, but will not be my last. Both Glen & Doug were very personable, and took time to explain the multi-faceted process of replacing my old deck. They listened to what I wanted, and seemed to understand my vision. They took their time with the basic steps of framing and came up with solutions to possible future complications (e.g., dirt washing under the new deck). They cleaned up their work space in my back yard each evening, and advised when they would be back. The final result is a beautiful new deck that will serve well for many years to come!

Glen was not only prompt in returning my calls, he was very friendly and professional as well. The cost of his service was a fraction for the value I received. He restored a VERY sentimental piece of furniture (round dining table) for us and restored it to a BRAND NEW look. He also took additional steps to reinforce the table, making it stronger than before. I will be using Glen's services from now on and I recommend you do the same!
