It went pretty good, we were pleased with the chimney sweep. They were very professional, didn't make a mess, and they took care of the problems. We needed to be able to use the fireplace. It was not high, and it might have been lower. We had great guy for years that retired. I like this guy.

They only ended up sweeping out the fireplace (which I could have done) and the chimney wasn't every swept out. They also dislodged our chimney cap and didn't ensure it was secure. The next time we had a strong wind, it pushed off the cap and scratched up my skylight and roof. I ended up having to pay another provider to do the work.
I tried to contact him directly after the incident, however he seemingly disappeared. I couldn't find him anywhere in the phonebook.

This guy was amazing. He actually came to my door with a chimney hat on! This guy was born to be in this job. He was very thourough, very honest, very clean. Punctual and price was reasonable. He went on the roof and took pictures down the chimney and explained everything to me. Didn't try to sell me a million other things. He ran me through Chimney 101!
