Does a great job

I have used them in the past and was extremely pleased with their work.  I contacted them 3-19-2916 about doing cleanup and mowing the next week.  I got a reply "Ok".  I contacted them again 3-22-2016 asking when I was on the schedule and was told "tomorrow" indicating 3-23-2016.  After waiting all that day and most of the next, I contacted another company to do the work.  Noe Soto Lawn Svc. finally showed up 3-26-2016.  I asked them what they were doing and that I had an agreement with someone else to do the work because they hadn't showed up when promised.  They're only explanation was "They forgot".  I told them to keep forgetting me, in that case.

If they seriously wanted the work and had contacted me in any fashion I would have kept them on the job because I was more than happy with their previous work.  I also wanted to add regular lawn service.  However, since they "forgot" about their commitment to me I have no further use of their services.

I called on short notice and they got right on the job .

I called NoeThursday and described what I needed done.  He came by today, Friday 12-12-2014 at 10:30 as promised.  I showed him what I needed done (I have a corner lot) and he promised to be back at 3 PM with his crew to do the work.  They were here promptly at 3 and had everything completed in 35 minutes!
Noe had quoted me $60 for the work, but I felt that was not enough for the fine work they had done.  So I gave him $100, which was still a steal to me!

He was great, all categories are good, and actually eager too. It was good. He was available, returned phone calls and messages, was prompt, did what he said he's going to do, with good prices, didn't tacked on extra fees, and he stick with his words.

Noe Soto was great! Professional, returned calls quickly, and right on time. I am a realtor and was getting a clients home ready to sell and needed someone to replace the shrubs in the front that had died, clean the beds out and trim the rest of the back shrubs. He called back and met me at the house. After advising him of what I wanted, he suggested that I take out all the shrubs in the front, since half had died, and replace all of them. Glad I listened to him, it looks so much better. Hadn't used anyone in that area before and glad I found him, will use him again.

They are very good. They are courteous. They come when they say. They are real respectful. They did everything I asked. Their prices are about average.

I was very satisfied and would highly recommend them.I have used them several times since initial visit and will continue to.

My husband had trimmed our trees, so much so the refuse company would not pick them up. I called several places to see what they would charge to haul the branches off, all of them excedded $100.00. Noe Soto came and picked them up and cleaned up well where they were stacked. I was able to commuincate with Noe Soto Lawn Service by phone and text. They were prompt in returning my calls and answering my questions. I was given a quote on lawn services as well and they are very competitive.We will use this company again.

.This is a great company that is family owned. They have done an excellent job; I am very pleased with their service. I feel like their prices are very reasonable for what they do. I would give then an A+ overall. I am quite picky and like things a certain way so giving them an A+ is really saying a lot.

They worked very hard and did a great job. They maintain our lawn every two weeks now and do a lot of other services for us.
