Robert was extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and most professional. He and his crew, worked in over 100 degree heat. Robert was more than willing to answer all our questions, and offered several useful suggestions. Robert took an unfinished "diy" landscape project, and completed it with ease. Robert worked tirelessly in 100+ temperatures, by himself, moving large boulders from his trailer to our backyard pool. Most of the holders were placed on top of each other to design an additional waterfall feature after he removed our slide since our gkids have gotten too old to use it. He ended every day soaking wet due to the temps and humidity, his willingness to work in such conditions is to be commended. The expanded waterfall looks amazing. I will definitely be recommending Robert and Native Springs on our neighborhood FB page.

We had our culvert replaced, ditch retrenched, sod placed and driveway redone. Robert and his team were incredibly professional, took the time to understand our needs and options, and did amazing work. We could not have asked for a better experience! Highly, highly recommend!

Robert helped evaluate a drainage problem and came up with a solution. He waterproofed the area that was leaking, installed a drain and did an exceptional job reinstalling pavers. My shed no longer leaks even after 3" of heavy rain last week.

I had Robert remove and build a new retaining wall in the front of the house. Robert and his crew did an exceptional job! They worked from dusk to dawn in the horrible August/September heat. The entire process went smooth. The quality of work was great and the cost of the project was very competitive. The work of Robert Wood was outstanding in quality. He explained his plan fully, the pricing the time that the instillation would take. His pricing is quite fair. he left detailed instructions on the care of my plants. he made important revisions and suggestions about improving my lawn appearance. He promised he would check on the plants after instillation his manner and the quality of his work were highly professional. I was very very pleased at the conclusion of the project.

In dealing with Robert over the past couple of weeks, I have found him to be a consummate professional in landscape design and installation of sprinkler/drip systems. He first discussed with me the best plants for the area in which we live. I found that if I wanted to change or adjust anything throughout the process, Robert listened carefully and then proceeded to implement those changes required. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive to my needs�never hurrying to cut corners or skip important details. It was sheer artistry to see him and his competent crew beautifully landscape my yard. Robert even came back out after the project was finished to ensure that the plants were properly planted and growing. He also checked to make certain that the water and electrical systems were installed correctly. I have never seen a company that shows so much care and concern over the product they were delivering. I will always use Native Springs Outdoor Living for my landscaping needs.

Native Springs did a great job completing my drainage project (they remove sod for me as well). The bid was competitive, the workers were very careful around my existing plants and the communication was great. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again.

Management was very professional and communication about the progress of the project was excellent. The workmen who executed the plan were very competent and worked continuosly to complete the project on time and within budget. I am planning on using Native Springs on a second project in the near future. They did what they said they were going to do in a very timely fashion.

Robert and team were great to work with. They did a very nice job cleaning out an existing bed, planting and putting in new sod. I had the work done early in the summer, it's now November and everthing still looks great. They also expertly fixes a broken sprinkler pipe. Very good work, will use again.

Robert Wood was very attentive to my desires. He was thorough during the walk through, followed up in a very timely manner & waited patiently while we awaited approval from my HOA. Once approved, Robert and his crew got to work immediately. They were very conscientious about their work and focused on quality. They didn't cut any corners and made adjustments as they went to ensure the best possible product. However, their quality of work went beyond the project itself. The crew did an excellent job of picking up every evening and leaving the property free of debris. They also provided written instructions to care for my new landscaping.

Robert Wood and his wife Kim came to talk to my husband and I on a very stormy rainy day in May and stood outside in the rain as we talked about our plans. I offered them an umbrella and they declined. They listened to us and now I have a front and backyard that has truly come to life. Every step of the way I could ask questions or Robert would anticipate my questions and kept the communication flowing. I plan to use him for another one of my properties in the near future. Our project was a huge one for him including landscaping and prinkler system. Job well done.
