Mirage General Contractor

I had a leak that was suspected to come from the pipes going to the shower in the master bathroom. Jaime Valverde from Mirage General Contractor was called to take a look and inform me what I was dealing with. He came over and told me he would take care of me, and find the source of my problem. So he pulled the carpet up and informed me that the leak that I had was something that had been going on for a while. He cut the pad out and asked if I had a water vac. So I lent him my equipment. He then asked us for a trash bag, because he did not have that item with him. He used the shop vac and got up the water that he could. He then proceeded to dump the first vac full of water into my shower that had just been tiled on the floor level not but 4 hours previously and still had wet grout. After asking him what he was doing, he mentioned that he probably shouldn't have done that and that he would not put anymore dumpings there. He then cut a whole in the wall that was approx. 3.5 feet tall and 3 feet wide. He had me turn on the water to locate the leak. He located the leak and then using 2 feet of copper tubing, he replaced the leaking pipe. He said he would leave the wall open so that an inspector could look at it. He would only charge me for the work done today. He then handed me a summary bill for $525 for the services I just described. I asked him if I could get a detailed bill which he avoided giving me for over a week. I have finally given up as he is probably embarrased to actually detail out the expense. My insurance company said that they would reimburse me for the access cost, but to add insult to injury, the contractor refuses to give me a detailed bill.
