Worst contractor I've ever had the displeasure of working with in my 60 years. Jim either does not know how to read an architechtural drawing or just down right ignores it and does it as shotty as possible. Tells me things 'aren't in the scope of the project' when it clearly shows it on the blueprint that it is. Project failed inspection at least 4, possibly 5 times. They put in major support beams that weren't supported themselves. He left a hole in my roof for an entire rainy weekend and stained by new sun room ceiling. I had to point out MAJOR errors. He doesn't know how to communicate, never lets you know when they're showing up for work or not, when inspections are scheduled, nothing. His workers had no respect for my property and cut through my yard leaving rivets (just barely missing sprinkler heads). What a Joke!!! Stay away, stay very far away!!!!
