Brent was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained where things were and why they weren't working. He was able to fix most of the issues (leak in line around flower bed, bad sprinkler heads, and switched off bubbler) in about an hour. He had to go get a part for the wiring issue, but he had that fixed quickly once he returned. As far as responsiveness, he answered on the second call and had a cancellation, so he was able to come over 20 minutes later. Not sure what his normal scheduling looks like, but would wait to schedule in because of the quality of his work if needed again.

We called 3 different sprinkler repair services in the area, and none of them could come look at it until at least 1-2 weeks from now. One of them referred us to Brent McAlister. Not only was he incredibly professional, he was an honest business owner, explained the whole process of what was going on, other potential problems we might encounter in the future - but his goal was to get the water on to our house, and that's exactly what he did for a fair price. Brent diagnosed the issue, replaced the broken pipe and old rusted valves, and also brought it up to code removing an out of date relief valve. This is a new house for us, and we've never owned a sprinkler system, but I think we just found our new guy for sprinkler issues. He was incredibly nice, patient, and informative. I'd be happy to hire him again.
