I couldn't have asked for a better floor professional. We needed the entire downstairs floor refinished, which was approximately 1,150 sq. ft. Daniel did an amazing job sanding the floor with very little dust left behind! Due to his dust contained sanding equipment, I could literally walk in while it was being sanded and not feel like I was breathing in all the dust! The stain also matched our upstairs flooring (which is what we wanted). He was very attentive throughout the process (answering emails in a timely manner, showing me the process as it went along, etc.). He started the job earlier than planned and finished relatively quickly! The end result was exactly what we wanted and looks absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any kind of floor refinishing.

I'm a property manager and have worked with Daniel many times over the years. Time and time again he has transformed old, badly damaged floors into things of beauty. He is a man of integrity and truly takes pride in his work. Whenever I recommend him to others, I refer to him as the Picasso of hardwood floors!
