Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Came home one HOT afternoon to find the AC not working; the inside unit would run, but the outside unit would not. We called Jordan's Air Conditioning Svc at about 5:45 PM, got the voice mail, and left a message detailing the problem. Richard Jordan called back about 15-20 minutes later and said he was just finishing up a service call and would head our way. When Richard got here about 20 minutes later, he said he'd take a look, and within about 15 minutes he came to the door and said it was a fan motor start up capacitor, and that he had the part on his truck. We gave him the go ahead and he completed the repair and cleaned the condensor unit and had our AC up and running.
We've lived in this house for about nine years, and have used Jordan's Air Conditioning Svc in the past, and have every intention of using Richard Jordan again when the need arises because he is a very professional, honest, heating/AC repairman.
