Very fast to respond to my call.  Came over the same night to look at it and gave a verbal price quote.  We agreed on the price and I had some extra brick (matching) for the job that we set aside.  After he left, I texted a picture of the problem area and the price quote to him after he left and he said we were good to move forward.  He came the next morning with a helper and got it done in about a half day.

Everything went well and the replacement stone looks fabulous.

Jeff did an excellent job rebuilding our mailbox. The price was fair and he got the job done in one day.
I was nervous about how the stone/brick construction was going to look as I have seen multiple bad examples
around town, but Jeff did a better job than I could have imagined. I am very pleased with the end result and defiantly
have the best looking mailbox on the street!

My husband called Jeff and asked if he could come give us an estimate. He came the same day, give us an estimate that we agreed on.
He said he could do the work the next day (which was great since we are working on a time limit). He said he would be here at 9:00 am.
and he was and he was done before noon.
We are very pleased with the work and was really like the fact that he came by right away to look at what needed to be done.

The work was done in a prompt and extremely efficient manner. The retaining walls far exceeded the structural integrity other masons had quoted. The site was left clean every day. Mr. Payne and his staff were very friendly and patient during the entire process.
