Eric & Laurie are fantastic. After dealing with this problem for over a year and contacting several window contractors, they all said the same thing... Call Eric, so we did. It took a little time to connect with them because they are one of the few companies that excels in this type of work and it shows. I sent them some photos of the window and they put a quote together for me which was exactly in line with what I expected and what I paid - no surprises! They arrived on time and told me it would take 3-4 hours which I thought "no way". 4 hours and 15 minutes later they were cleaning up and "WOW" totally amazed at the finished product. After they finished up I had them to quote me on two more windows and give a recommendation on a third which we will have reparied this spring. Could not recommend them highly enough.
