About us

Fralia's Fencing and Construction, LLC is a family owned and operated business. We are based out of Denton, TX and provide custom fences and fencing solutions to all of DFW. We specialize in custom metal fencing and cedar fencing but can also design and create custom metal features to add to your landscape. We have worked with several landscape designers to create custom planters, pots, and art pieces. We maintain a professional appearance and always provide an itemized estimate so you know where your hard earned dollar is being spent. It took longer that was estimated. The stain was supposed to be sprayed on, but his sprayer was broken so it was brushed on leaving very uneven coverage. He promised to return and apply more stain, but hasn't. Debris from the job, including a large chunk of concrete from the fence that was removed, was never taken from the yard. The fence is sagging in one area. After numerous calls requesting him to complete the work, and no response, he finally left a message to inform us that he was out of state. He said he would have a friend come and remove the concrete. No one has.

"You never responded to me about fixing it. I apologized for having to leave town during your job, multiple times and it wasnt a problem. The only debris left was the one piece of concrete. I have screen shots of our convo asking if I could send somone out to fix it with no reply from you? I still would like to fix it, so if you can return my message we can arrange something like I asked if we could. Im sorry you felt that my workmanship was of D quality, because I built you a beautiful fence that only has a portion with lighter stain."

The owner was very accommodating and punctual in coming over to give me an estimate (even on a Sunday). The only reason I didn't hire him was that my other bidder could get started the next day (bids were within $100), and I was in a time crunch due to the holidays. I would call this company again.

Chris responded to me the VERY FIRST TIME that i called and showed up on time the day he was supposed to.  I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment, turn around was fast and the repairs and switchouts were done the same day. Chris explained every step (it turned out it was more cost effective to do some replacements than just repairs) and offered different options.  There were no surprises. He was personable and responsive. I will be calling him to replace the entire fence line with something more ornate. I would recommend him to anyone, family and friends, with no hesitation.

Things went very smooth. Another contractor referred me to this company. Chris came out and was very professional courteous. What I needed was simple. It only took about 30 minutes and I had a written bid in person. Went ahead and gave him the green light and he showed up in about a week and did the fence job in one day. It was small but he came prepared and worked till it was done. He cleaned up good too. No complaints and will use him on my next metal or cedar fence project m.
