Excellent people. I have used them for several years. They were the company I first used when I joined Angies List. They show up when they said they will and do what they say. I always thought of them as professional, prices fair and whatever I had a problem with they took care of it in a timely manner.

No issues. Everything went according to plan.

It went just fine. We had a difficult time for them to come out. Other than that, it was fine. My interaction with them was fine. If they do the job, then I'm happy. They did exactly what they were supposed to and it was fine. I would tell my friends to give them a call.

The installation of the faucets went well, and I believe they were giving me a very reasonable deal on signing up for their comfort care. My issue with them is in their follow up and scheduling. I scheduled a follow up to complete the work (needed an additional part for shower knob). I called back to the office the following day to schedule a visit the next week. The day of the appointment there was no call back, no follow up and communication that the service would not occur. I had to call the office to find out that my appointment would not be honored and I would have to reschedule. I was HIGHLY disappointed that as the customer, I'm the one who had to call the office and find this out. And the only thing they could offer me was "Oh well, unfortunately we can only reschedule you for the the following week". I do understand that this is close to the holiday time and there could be scheduling issues, but to get no call and to basically be told there was nothing they could do, really makes this hard to swallow. And to top it all off I signed up for their Comfort Club, spending more money with them. Once this gets done, I don't think I'll be going back to them for any future services.

I found that they have a home service club. I joined it.

They did a good job, but unfortunately, my water heater turned out got too much silt and they could not drain it. That part of it they could not do because my water heater is too old. They are very professional in their inspection and I was impressed with them.

all that was done just hook up a water hose and drain water from water heater. I could have done that. The web site say they would check all water faucet and water pressure. So I guest for $45 you get just water hose hookup and drain.

I trust them enough not to tell me something needs to be done when it doesn't.

There are excellent and do very good work. The service is excellent and the employees are great people.

That was good job. I am not professional, so he goes back there looks at air conditioner and I have to take it for granted that he did what he was supposed to. I asked him because it is a package if it needed freon, and he just look at me. They try to sell you some parts. Obviously they are going to give you $49.00 checkup, but it's a hidden thing and say oh you are going to need to upgrade. I had an additional thing that I had to pay.

Forced Home Services did an awesome job! They came out the same day and accommodated my schedule after work. When another plumber told me it would cost $800 and they would have to bust through the wall, Jerry from Forced Home Services was able to clear deposit out of the valve and get it working good as new for $94. Will for sure call them next time I have a plumbing problem.

I've been with them for 15 years, I have total trust in them.

Force Home Services did a fine job. They were thorough and professional. I was impressed enough that I've already had them back to install a new garbage disposal and an automatic sensor and water shutoff valve for my water heater.

They young man that came out was very professional and talk me through all of what he was doing. Excellent job and company.

Master plumber inspected all of my drains, water heater, faucets, measured water flow volume, and repaired two broken bathtub drains. He was on time, called before he arrived, went to get parts and returned quickly. I trusted him and of course Force Home, who does all my heating and A/C &, plumbing work and services my heating and A/c unit quarterly.

But I wasn't really very satisfied, I got this warranty from them and I also had them put ducts in and so I had a warranty and it also include plumbing and I really got really high quotes on everything and I didn't get anything done but I did have that gutter I mean that duct and with that we had that issue so it actually probably needs to be re framed but basically we just have it were we can change the filters on it for now but that's about it.

AOK. The rep quickly and efficiently determined that a new solenoid was needed. He had one on his truck and installed it. AC working fine since then.

Horrible. I don't believe they Tuned Up anything. Also, the guy told me I needed a new motor, which I bought for $250. Then, after that was installed, he said I needed a whole new unit for $6,000. I shopped around and found out that any reputable a/c guy could have determined that the unit was bad without replacing the motor. Also, I got a brand new unit for around $2,000 less. I am VERY disappointed, will never use or recommend this company again, and feel that I did not get anything of value for the $198 that I paid for the inspection and felt taken advantage of with respect to paying the additional $250. Ken.

Out of the 14 items that the deal includes, the technician performed only one item that I know of: Check and clear drain lines - done I know for a fact that the following four items were not performed: Supply and change filter if disposable 1 inch standard size, clean EAC if present - did not do Outdoor coil wash - did not do Inspect evaporator coil - did not do Video inspection of ductwork and plenums - did not do I do not know the extent of completion for the following items (where applicable): Complete electrical inspection of motors, capacitors, contactors and compressors Safety check of limits, relays and emergency shutoffs Lubricate all motors and wheels Outdoor coil wash Inspect evaporator coil Check refrigerant Charge Video inspection of ductwork and plenums Balance if dampers are available Check Thermostat calibration and recalibrate at no charge Since the deal heading had 'filter' in it, I would have expected he would at least replace the filter. When the technician was finished, he expected payment for services and insisted on $49. When I said that I thought that the deal was for the service, he insisted that, no, the deal was for $40 off of the regular price. It made absolutely no sense to me, but instead of an arguement, I gave my credit card info which he put on the receipt. After he left I immediately called AngiesList to check the deal conditions and asked if the AL support staff could call the company and ask that they not charge the card. Lisa of Force Home Services called and apologized and said they would not. I am not at all happy with the performance of the service technician. His performance was the deciding factor inmy decision to have the HVAC replaced instead of serviced.

Nothing was done. I called their phone number to get an estimate on replacing a corrosive gate valve on my water heater. The girl that answered the phone had to check with someone else. She called me back and said that for $59 they could come look at the water heater to find out what needs replacing because she is not sure what I am asking for. I told her what needs replacing, a corrosive gate valve on the water heater, and if she and her crew do not know what that is, then they should not be working on water heaters. Simple request, approximate cost to replace one part and they want to charge me money to give me that estimate.

Superb service at a superb price. I expected a hard-sell but the guy came across without being offensive. Aflso, the fellow doing the job struck me as refreshingly honest, as well as informative and professional.

It went well. I'm quite happy with them.

As always Force Home did a fantastic job. They are always honest and reliable.

Had two hot water heaters installed...David and his Assistant did a great job, hauling two old water heaters out of the attic and installing two new ones, plus adding a leak detector/auto shutoff system. The leak detector/auto shutoff system didn't have sensors for two water heaters, so David returned the next week to install the second, just like he promised. Courteous, prompt, clean, and competitively priced...I highly recommend Force and David!
