Fantastic. He took his time and labored over every detail. It took him a little over a week. He gave us solid advice on paint coverage and color which turned out to be extremely sound. His estimate was what he charged us. All his workers have grey in their hair; he said, "I don't hire youth. I've got nothing against youth, but you get a better quality job with the experienced guys." The paint job itself is wonderful, and our house has never looked this good. I have gone over every inch and have not found a single schmutz, overspray, or any evidence of a lapse in attention. We had months before already made arrangements for another painter to paint our interior, but we've changed our minds in favor of Ruben. When you find a painter or carpenter or plumber who does just what he says and displays Ruben's level of craftsmanship, you latch on to them and don't let go.

Ruben did an excellent job. He was pleasant, polite, punctual and professional. He cleaned up after himself. He did not hurry.
