ENTRY TECHNOLOGIES INC

I phoned Entry Technologies approximately mid-day in April 2015 looking for someone to work on our electronic gates. The older woman answering the phone advised me that they do not work on gates that were installed by someone other than their firm. After explaining that my installer is no longer in business I asked if they could order keys to our gate controller boxes for me as our installer failed to provide them. The older woman answering the phone said that she would order them and have them shipped to me directly. I waited for about a month for the keys to arrive. In the meantime, having lost faith in Entry Technologies, I found a provider online who had the correct keys mailed and in my possession within 10 days. I did eventually receive the correct keys from Entry Technologies. On June 9, 2015 I received an invoice from Entry Technologies for $44.93 which I paid upon receipt using Chase BillPay. The funds left my account on June 9, 2015. Today, July 27, 2015 at 6:02pm I received a phone call from what appeared to be the same older woman (who this time was quite difficult to understand due to exceedingly slurred speech) insisting that we had not paid the invoice and insisting that we send them a check. After getting online and confirming that I correctly recalled sending payment, I offered to provide her with confirmation of payment. She refused and threatened to put a lien on my house if I did not re-pay the invoice. I advised her that is illegall for her to unlawfully place a lien on someone's property (particularly when they have proof of payment). She hung up on me!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
