sewing machine repair
 + -1 moreThe staff spent over 30 minutes trying to figure out based on my description and them sewing on my machine what was wrong. Adjusted several settings and explained to me how to adjust them myself in the future. Suggested I get the machine cleaned since I had never had it cleaned. They told me it would be ready in a couple of days but called me the next day to say it was ready to be picked up. Machine works great and has not given me any trouble. The store is awesome and organized. they sell everything you could ever need for all of the machines they sell and service which is nice since I never seem to know exactly what I need. They also offer classes that I plan on taking in the future. Great experience with great staff.
Description of Work: My machine was making strange noises and not sewing very well. I took it into the store and they helped me trouble shoot it and then offered to clean it.
