Denton Glass Co

I have an odd-shaped table and Denton Glass Co. made sure that the glass top was perfect. It took them 3 attempts but they made it right and did not increase any costs to me. Very friendly staff.

The cost was $158 and I thought that was very reasonable, I was pleased with that. I didn't check with anyone else, so I have no idea whether it was high, low or in the normal range but it sounded like a good price to me and that's why I went ahead with it. I called them on a Friday and they came on Monday. They were just a couple of minutes late, but they called me ahead of time and told me that they were running just a little late. They were supposed to be here at 1:30 and they got here like 5 to 10 minutes late. But they had called me in advance and told me. There was some glass in the house, but they came in and cleaned that up and cleaned up in between the windows. The work was very good, high quality. They were professional in their approach. When they were here, I asked if they installed replacement windows because it's just something that we were thinking about down the line and they said they did. So I would give very serious consideration to using them for that.

We contracted Denton Glass to do our shower enclosure. They were very responsive and punctual. The guys came in and did a great job. The end product looks great. We are very happy and will use them again in the future.

Our experience with Denton Glass was great. They came out to the house brought samples of glass and measured our door windows. We were quoted a price and the final amount came very close to what they indicated. They were very knowledgeable about the doors and glass used. The finish product was extremely well done and professional I have referred them to another individual in our neighborhood.

Excellent. They arrived as scheduled and completed the installation quickly, including installing the solar screen. All debris removed.

I learned about Denton Glass Company on Angie's list and had them to replace a broken window for me. They replaced a double pane tempered glass that was 23x60. They did an outstanding job. They were very responsive and showed up to replace the window about 10 minutes after calling them.

Quick response to initial phone call. Owner showed up on time to measure for estimate. Had estimate amount available the same afternoon. Less than one week wait for windows to be ready. Installation was prompt and completed ahead of allotted time. Very professional from start to finish.

Went great from start to finish. The person came out to take mesaurements and said I would get a call within 24 hours with an estimate. I got a call the same day with estimate. I called them after 3 days to ask them to order the glass and the screens, they said it would get there in about 3-4 business days and I would get a call to schedule service.
I got a call in 2 days and was told everything was in, the service was scheduled a week later beacuse that was the earliest I would be home. The person arrived within the timeframe that I was told and the job was done in a professional manner. I am very satisfied with the job and the service.

Terry, the owner, came out and gave us a quick estimate for the job. He was thorough and honest, even convincing me that it was better for us to go with a less expensive option for our new shower enclosure. The install process was quick and professionally done and the enclosure looks outstanding. It is a major upgrade from the enclosure that came with the house and we could not be happier.

Talked with and received 4 estimates. This company was not the lowest or highest. Chose them anyway, mainly because of the professionalism in dealing with the owner and employees. People I would trust in my house. All appts, estimates, work were done on time and with excellent results. Would Def use them again.

They did a nice job and were courteous. They had to move my drapes out of the way to get to the window. I did not want for them to unhook them because a professional decorator had them fixed just right. I guess they misunderstood, because they did it anyway and I still haven't been able to get them back right again. That was the only issue. The work on the glass was good. And the owner seems to really know his stuff when it comes to glass tops for furniture. I would use them again.

Terry has been extremely helpful! I have a leak (source unknown at this time). All known leaks from the roof have been repaired but, I am still getting water in around these windows. This has caused Sheetrock damage and some wood rot around parts of these windows. Terry explained to me how leaking water can travel from it's source, examined the interior and exterior of the windows, and then developed a plan of action to solve this problem while considering most likely cause and amount of money spent. He showed me pieces of the exterior caulking that were loose and had been inappropriately repaired in the past (silicone caulking over urethane caulking). These windows are large double-paned windows. One window gets a small amount of condensation between the panes on occasion. Terry found the maker s mark and will be replacing this window in the future. Terry is an extremely nice and gentle person. I really appreciate his desire to assist me on this.
