"I'd like to first state that this was not a roof that we initially installed. Mitch was sent out to try to locate the leak. As most know this can sometimes be tough to do. We guarantee our repairs and always strive to do our best to correct the issue on the first try, thus why I stated we guarantee our repairs. Leaks will find the path of least resistance and often start not exactly where you might find the leak on the inside. With that being said, after she reached out again and asked for a refund my office manager reached out to her again to try to satisfy the customer but she declined our services. I made a call to her personally and spoke with her about the issues. She politely asked for a refund and that she in return she would remove the"F" rating. I overnighted the check the next day. I made a call to make sure she received it and again stated once it clears she would be removing the "F" rating. I had faith that she would stay true to her word as I did mine. We do take a whole lot of pride in our otherwise "A" rating over the years and this disheartens me that I held up my promise and tried to solve the issue yet the customer still hasn't done her part. Maybe an oversight on her part but we still continue to always go above and beyond to satisfy our customers. I do realize that sometimes no matter what you do you just can't make everyone happy."

Roof replacement was completed in a timely manner including a thorough cleanup.
House and fence painting was also accomplished without any problems.
Kris was very attentive to all our needs and spent time answering all our questions.
