They were assigned to me through home warranty company. Tried to charge me for many additional items that either 1) come with water heater or 2) are not required by code for city of Dallas. Also wanted to charge labor to "go get the permit" when it can be obtained online. Tried to charge me 4.2 hours for "non-code compliance" items. So since home warranty was paying for 3 hours, that means it would take them 7.2 hours to replace a water heater. Scam artist! Terrible communication as well.
