Wonderful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an opinion. We are selling our house and our potential buyers got an estimate from another company. That company said we needed more than 10 piers. We knew that wasn't possible--we have watered our foundation and been very careful--and called a bunch of companies to get additional opinions. John was recommended to us by a neighbor so I called him (very early this morning). We were on a crunched schedule and he came out quickly. When we got our results, we found out he agreed with another company--we need 0 piers compared to more than 10 from another company. Additionally, John suggested an engineer to us should our potential buyers be dissatisfied with these assessments.

The work started when scheduled. The foreman, Jose, was polite and responsive. This company had been used by two of my co-workers. One had warned me to be vigilant about having them clean up after the job. I told Jon Potts that I expected them to clean up and they did a good job. . I highly recommend having an idenpendent structural engineer design the plan and then have companies bid against the plan. The engineer's plan costs us $350.

Jon came out to discuss the issues and his recommendations. He installed a large amount of piers around the foundation and filled the voids under the garage with mud to stabilize this Texas foundation. There was some settling after a couple of years and a call to CRS and they were out in a jiffy to make some adjustments. Jon and CRS are a great company and I would not hesitate using their services again.
