Corinth Animal Hospital failed to check a spot where my dog had previously had cancer in October 2017, although I asked them to. The doctor hides behind the techs and spends as little time in the presence of the owners as possible. The techs do not have the experience and training to convey messages about complex matters. When I expressed frustration to the doctor that they had not checked and x-rayed that spot in October the doctor lied and stated that tumors can't be seen on x-ray. When Corinth Animal Hospital did surgery to remove the lump in 2018, the doctor failed to remove all the cancer and reported falsely that the cancer had grown into the bone. The doctor stated that radiation would start at $7k. Also a lie. They did not help us out to the car and my 100 pound dog who had just had surgery fell trying to get up the ramp. When I got home I discovered that they left a port with a needle in my dog's front leg after the surgery out of carelessness. My dog had a lump in the area of the surgery almost immediately that grew very rapidly. I took my dog back to Corinth Animal Hospital repeatedly about that lump. I have a recording two weeks after the surgery, of them telling me it was just a seroma (sp?), just swelling and spongy tissue. The doctor was not sufficiently competent to aspirate it. About three weeks after surgery, I took my dog for a second opinion with a competent vet that aspirated the lump and diagnosed it as cancer. I took my dog back to Corinth Animal Hospital and told them the diagnosis. They had no plan. I then took my dog to a surgeon who removed all the cancer (which my then was the size of two baseballs) and who showed me the tumor on an x-ray and showed me that the tumor was not in the bone, and stated that that type of tumor does not grow into the bone. I ended up taking my dog to VSNT with twice the scar size (radiation field) that would have been required if my dog had been given proper veterinary care initially at Corinth Animal Hospital. At that stage, radiation would have only cost $2600 (for a four series radiation protocol), not the $7000 the Corinth Animal Hospital doctor lied to me about. It will now cost $6,600 for a twenty series radiation protocol now needed because the tumor got so large during their 4-6 weeks of Corinth Animal Hospital's negligence. They had me giving the dog acupuncture waiting for my dog to die of "bone cancer." All the while they kept saying "trust me" all this is normal. If you can afford better, do better. These people have NO business purporting to treat animals with serious illness let alone cancer. Take your animal somewhere else because it could mean the difference in life and death for your pet. If you love your animal run!!!!

They were very kind. I called around and they had a very fair price, and they had availability that day. If I need that service I would use them again. I have two dogs still and when they need to go to the veterinarian that's where we'll go. Compassionate people.

I just started with them. They were good. I guess that's a normal price. It was for the exam and shots. I don't know what the going rate is anymore. They were recommended to me. He is a rescue cat and he needed his shots so I just went where everybody told me to. I kinda told them when I wanted to come. It was fine. I had to wait 45 minutes. Professionalism was fine. They had a lot of people going in and out so I know he didn't have time to sit there and kootchy koo but he was fine.

I have taken all my dogs there and they can always get them in. It's expensive, but they have to make a living. They provide excellent service. I can always get my animals in, when I need to get them in, no matter what. Dr. Zenker always calls me back regarding follow up to see how my dogs are doing afterwards. So, I took my dog in yesterday, they called today to see how he was doing and I appreciate that. I talk to the vet personally. That's nice to be able to do. She is always very honest with me and gives me options. So, that's good to know. You get to know them, so it's very nice. I feel very comfortable going there and I trust them.

I like everybody there and they really like animals and so does the vet. I give her high ratings and will continue to take my dog there in the future.
