Henry and his team removed a huge tree in my front yard. He said he would return in several months to grind the stump. I didn't have a problem with that. On February 14, 2018 he returned with the grinding machine (when I wasn't home) to remove the stump. When I came home I saw that he left edges of the tree stump. I asked him why, He said "The machine that I was using was a little too big and I couldn't fit in the area so good. So we're gonna let that stump run out for a little bit, and then I'll be back with the smaller one." On May 22, 2018, I sent him a text asking when I should expect him to finish the job. He response was "yes". He still hasn't returned. I chose him for all the good reviews, very discouraged. Now I have to find someone else to finish grinding the remaining stump.

Henry and his team did a great job. He was very affordable and the clean up was neat and thorough. Henry was very courteous and I could not have had a better experience
