Description of Work: I have called Car Toys to see how much it would cost me to get my car INTERIOR Detailed, over the phone i have been told just for interior it will around $70 for basic. I took my 07 Altima over to them, and right of the bet the guy told me it will be around $300 for a custom full interior detail work. Him and the manager told me that my car will look better then new "obvious sells pitch" But i really wanted to get a professional job done. FYI my car was not nasty, just regular dirty car nothing that a regular wash cant clean for a regular price... Anyway the guy that was cleaning my car called me about 2hrs after i dropped my car off to see if he can pull out my Sirius radio receiver so he can do a better cleaning job, and not have to mess with wires. I told him i didnt mind at all as long as everything is a way it was. After 7 hrs they called me and said it was done. I rushed to pick up my car, i walked to the car toys garage and see my car with open doors, i looked in and NOTHING WAS DONE! He only vacuumed it and did a HORRIBLE JOB, and wiped a thing or two. Right away i wanted to talk to him, but come to find out he left after cleaning my car for about an hr bc he had things to do. SOOOOO I didnt get mad at first but i did pre pay $365 for the job that wasent finished. The manager at this point came by and asked me why i wasent happy, i have pointed out spots on the seat and the carpet, and i was told that they will not come out. I told the mng to show me how it wont come out. The mng got a dirty rag and a spray and the stain came right off. So he started to clean the stains, after watching HIM clean the interior for about 30 min he said he was done. I got in the car and windows were dirty, visors, stains...etc OH and my sirius receiver wasent in my car at all. They didnt even know where it was at and why it was out. Then they could not find all my stuff that they pulled out. It was all mixed and piled like trash in small trash bags... REALLY?!?!?! At this point im getting VERY MAD but very polite at the same time. I told them only thing i wanted to see is a 365$ quality and i was looking at a 14 year old boy 15 min cleaning job quality.
