The Camping World in Denton Texas was supposed to install a new jack on our camper. While moving it to the back of their lot, they hit it against another camper and caused several thousands in damage. They told us it was their fault and it would be fixed in a few weeks ... that was 7 MONTHS AGO. They have since changed managers three times and we keep getting told just two more weeks, two more weeks, nothing. They do not return calls or communicate in any way. The only way to get updates is for us to drive 35 minutes to them and stand around waiting for the newest manager to show his face and lie some more. Corporate is a joke and has been no help at all.

Can you rate this place and their service less than one star, no, so I was forced to give them one...this has been the absolute most ridiculous time I have ever dealt with a service department to get things corrected on an RV that is less than 30 days purchased. Our RV has been in the service department for over two weeks we were supposed to pick it up on Friday last week, changed our plans to Monday still have yet to hear from anyone; just now they answer our call to say absolutely nothing has been taken care of or fixed in the two weeks it has been sitting there. They have lied to us continually for two weeks about the work that has been done to correct the problems and install newly purchased equipment. Do not... I repeat...do not take your RV here for any type of service!!!!! This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!

They did a pretty good job. The customer service was good and they had knowledgeable technicians. I haven't had any problems with them. The fan is pretty cool. It has rain sense so if it rains, it automatically closes and the fan speed can be adjusted. They are reliable. I would definitely use them again.

It has gone very poorly. This company takes no initiative and is not proactive at all. The only time they move to do something is when we call to inquire about the status of our RV.
