Plumbing
WHEN I CALLED THIS PLUMBER, I WAS A REPEAT CUSTOMER AND INFORMED THEM THAT I WAS ON A STRICT BUDGET BECAUSE I HAD RECENTLY BEEN LAID OFF MY JOB AND WAS ON UNEMPLOYMENT AT $300 PER WEEK. HE ASSURED ME HE WOULD 'DO HIS BEST' TO KEEP MY COSTS LOW. WHEN HE AND HIS ASSISTANT CAME TO THE HOUSE TO EXAMINE THE WATER LINE, HE STATED THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE THE EXACT CONNECTIONS AND WOULD HAVE TO 'RUN TO HOME DEPOT' TO GET THEM. HE AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE GONE 2 HOURS. THE HOME DEPOT IS LESS THAN 10 MINUTES FROM MY HOME. HE CHARGED ME $90 PER HOUR LABOR AND INCLUDED THE 2 HOURS HE WAS AT HOME DEPOT! WHEN I CONTESTED THE BILL, HE TOLD ME 'PAY UP OR I'LL PULL IT ALL OUT'. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
