Installation of termite bait . Brown recommended and then installed for $1200 termite baits around my home. The understanding was that he was going to check them monthly and send me a monthly report and after a month or two I never saw any reports. Eventually I got around to calling him up and he informed me that he had sold that portion of his business and he didn’t understand why the new owners were not keeping up with the inspections. Of course, he wouldn’t tell me who the new owners were or how I might contact them and he of course never sent me a letter that he had sold that portion of the business. He said he would come over and check my baits for Me and never did. I moved on and contracted with a long-term company in Denton . Brownie is obviously a crook.

Brownie was wonderful to work with! He was prompt in responding to my internet request for an appointment and was very thorough with his inspection. He was helpful with different areas of the home that needed work and gave us tons of photos and information to take back to the home sellers for the home we are purchasing. I would highly recommend Brownie!

Arrived on time, inspected every aspect of home per request. Provided a walk through to explain the findings, sent the report in a timely manner. Was very friendly and professional with the realtors, home owner and myself. Excellent experience.
