Jimmy and his wife, Elizabeth, both worked hard to make sure I understood the concrete overlay and stencil process...plus Jimmy had lots of patience with me, concerning the pattern and the colors. My once boring aggregate patio has turned into a beautiful cobblebrick patio! Jimmy got the color right and the look I was expecting. I am thrilled with the results and very appreciative of Jimmy, who works hard.

Was supposed to be a 3 day job. 12 days (actual days of work) job is unfinished as I told him no more. Overspray on pool coping, house bricks, windows, screens and decorative landscaping stones. Expansion gaps filled, clean up not finished. My pool looks horrible. Cracks over filled not level with surface. Excess concrete just dumped in yard.

"It is frustrating to work so hard in the excessive 100 degree heat, and then receive these kind of comments and these excuses for non payment. I did not work on the pool, not my trade, expansions were his responsibility from the start. We attempted to do a final clean up and the man asked us to leave. Guess in his mind, that justified NON-Payment in full. We showed up everyday that was expected, homeowner never had a pleasant word from conception. The yard was already in poor condition. I am certainly glad not to have to deal with him. I will write off all the cost and expenses, and money lost as a non collectable debt."
