Arrow Pest Control

I began using Arrow Pest Control over 12 years ago. Just prior to switching to Arrow, we had a serious cricket and ant infestation. Mike and his team quickly knocked-out the problem. The chemicals Arrow uses are odor-free and safe for pets and children. Mike is great about not only thoroughly treating our house, but also educating us on ways to prevent pests from entering in the first place. We have not had an infestation since switching to Arrow Pest Control. Mike and his team are always punctual, friendly and professional. I strongly recommend Arrow Pest Control.

They are always prompt and professional. I know I can count on them to come back to get any creepy crawlies in between scheduled visits. They have always been kind and prompt over the six years we have lived here. I have no problem with them coming into my home.

Their service has been great. They have done a good job. They show up on time and I have no issues.

Fist time I used this company was about 5 month ago, when the owner
himself came to spray, but he was late about 3 hrs.  I received a call
from their company just like the first time, and been told that they
will be at my house on the 7th at 9am.  Today is the 7th, and they
showed up at 1:30pm.  Since I work nights, I went back to sleep at noon,
after waiting for them all morning long.  Then I receive a call from
the owner who was very, VERY upset that I wanted to cancel my service
with them.  I TRIED to explain to him that I was told 9am and he
started to get a little loud and angry, telling me that I was wrong and
that his computer showing 1pm appointment.  I was trying to explain to
him that there is a problem with who ever making the appointments, and
that happened the second time.  At this time he got VERY angry...  I
told him that I will not argue with him, that I will just make a
complaint, at this time he offered me $80.00 not to report this to
anyone!  Its not about the money!  He accused me of making a mistake for
the second time.  Then he told me that, that lady that told me the
wrong time WILL BE FIRED and that he hopes that im happy and hung up the
phone...  Is this how we run our company's now?!  Im a small business
owner also, and I have NEVER called any of my costumers to accuse them
of making a mistake or by raising my voice at them or even try to bribe
them.  When I met the owner the first time, my impression was good, but
now I can see true colors, and how they run their company.  I wouldn't
do business with this man again even if it was free for a year.  I will
not recommend them unless you want to wait ALL DAY for them.  They love
telling you one time, come in at another, and if you refuse to do
business with them, the owner will call to scream at you.  Whats next?
Them comming to my house and threatening my life also?

Needless to say, I too have been very pleased with him and his company. They are always very good about reminding us when it is time for another treatment. With our busy schedules, we are sometimes hard to catch, but Mike or Lynn continue to reach out to us until they hear from us.The one thing I definitely like about Mike's business is that he is the only one that treats my house. It is reassuring to know that it will always get the same professioal treatment. You can't go wrong with Arrow Pest Control.

We have been incredibly happy with the service provided by Arrow Pest Control.  In the nearly five years we've worked with them, we've had just two different service providers visit our home.  Both have been personable and professional while showing a great deal of respect for our home and pet.  Scheduling is easy, and they have always been within 5 minutes of scheduled service time.  At the end of each appointment, they always remind us that we they will come back between appointments should the need arise (it has just twice).  I believe the $75 quarterly charge is well worth it.  Thank you!!
