 + -1 moreI have too many stories to possibly tell. All projects are completed on a timely basis. Mr. Townsley is reliable in his work habits and communicates with you throughout the project to keep you informed. Without question the best contractor I have ever had the privilege to work with.
Description of Work: Don't let the words "manufactured home" fool you. I own three farms and two homes, and have worked with Larry Townsley on every type of project imaginable, from major construction and repair to rescuing my trapped kitty from under my deck. Mr. Townsley is happy to do simple honey-do's around the house, or he can build your house and refinish the furniture in it. I have yet to come across something he couldn't handle. The quality of his work is unparalleled, and the pricing is always reasonable. While he does his repairs and constructions as if he is doing them for himself with the highest degree of quality, his methods are creative and cost-effective. Even more amazing in this day and age, his ethics are unquestionable. I would trust Larry Townsley with my bank account or my first born. And no, I am not related to him nor are we socializing friends. One thing I also appreciate about him is his positive "can-do" attitude. No matter how small or messy or laborious the project, Mr. Townsley always says, "I can take care of it." I honestly can't imagine managing the property I do without his help.
