Routine as far as services. They are willing to price match on products. My complaint is against the facility itself. The waiting room is tiny and crammed with dog food. It is difficult to keep pets separated. When you are moved to an exam room, there is no place to sit down while you do more waiting. In the past, the clinic has wanted to give annual rabies shots as opposed to the three year saying the city required it. All the city requires is for the animal to be currently vaccinated.

We picked up our dog, and were informed we could not go to the groomers, as the dog was given and quot;Advantageand quot; ointment on his back as fleat prevention treatment. Annoying since I specifically called earlier to ask if he could go after(which by the way, had I not called to ask that question, when was the Animal Hospital going to call me and tell me we could pick the dog up that day since he wasn't neutered there??!!). We asked about the dog's condition. The receptionist went over his paperwork saying the dog was in great condition. All the boxes were checked for him being healthy.
We debated about canceling our appointment at the groomers, but the groomers said to bring him in, and they'd do whatever they can, short of a bath, as not to disturb the and quot;Advantageand quot;. Thank goodness we kept our appointment! We arrived and literally within 1 minute, the groomers (only petting and moving his fur around a little bit) discovered LIVE FLEAS in his fur, and a TICK! I freaked out. We decided to give him full bath and do another flea treatment later. During the bath, the groomers found another TICK! And, the dog's ears were INFESTED WITH FLEAS! On top of this, I called the Animal Hospital to find out the last time our dog was fed. The receptionist said they didn't feed him. Now, mind you, the animal shelter said they hadn't fed the dog in 24 hrs because they believed he was going for surgery to be neutered (not sure how the shelter couldn't tell he was neutered but whatever?). When the vet's office discovered he did not need surgery, and knowing the dog would not have been fed, why in the world would they not have fed him? We got our dog home and he drank water and ate food (at 8pm--36 hrs after last time he ate!!!) like he'd never beed fed before!
Shame on this Animal Hospital!!!! Why in the world would they give us a dog infested with fleas and ticks, and not feed the dog? Thank goodness, we had great groomers that took care of our dog. And, a great local vet that provided us with Vectra and a capstar pill (our local vet stayed until 6:30pm for me to come pick that up, knowing the condition our dog was in). But, how stressful for us to worry about bringing this dog into our house, not positive the fleas and ticks were gone? Not to mention, we had to pay $60+ for this medicine to get rid of the fleas and ticks, on top of the $120 adoption fee that didn't seem to result in much care for our dog. And, I was stressed running back and forth with the groomers and local vet closing, inconveniencing these people to stay and help us out due to the horrible spot Animal Hospital on Teasley left us in! We go to our local vet on Monday for a check-up. Praying he says yes no sign of fleas and ticks. Or, we'll have to treat our house!
I would NOT TAKE my PET ROCK to this place!! Stay away if you want good care!!

I did not particularly care of their vet, so I switched vets. Their pricing was high. My overall experience there was not good because of the interaction with my pet in the vet. I did not like that the veterinarian did not seem to be very caring.

I have been using Dr. Wright for many years. He is reasonable and has never gouged me. Doesn't order unnecessary tests. If he says, "You need blood work," get it. I have gone to other vets that require testing every time you walk through the door. He understands the pet owner on a budget and offers a range of options rather than saying, "This is what you have to do."

Whenever I go in there, they are always so kind and professional. They are so gentle with my cat and answer all of my questions. The prices are reasonable and I am very pleased with the service. I would recommend them to anyone.
