DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! They installed a new air conditioner - they did not balance it correctly, used the wrong size pipes for the heating and they did not seal where the air handler connects to the main line duct work correctly. They had to return three times within the first week of installation - once to bring the correct size pipes for the heating, once because when they didn't balance it correctly the water wasn't draining correctly so it caused the emergency overflow to malfunction so instead of fixing the emergency overflow and balancing the unit, they installed a shut off switch in the main drain. Because they did not seal where the air handler connects to the main line ductwork correctly, it busted open and all the cold air was feeding into the attic rather than the house. We have called them numerous times and sent a picture of where the main line ductwork ripped open. They finally came back to the house to fix it on November 5, 2012 - their idea was to bring tape. The owner was the one who came on 11/5/12 and said he would be back the next day. The office manager, Casey, who is rude called the next day and said they couldn't make it back out until Friday and told us that we were lucky they were not charging us for these times they have come out. Then on Friday morning, she called back and said they wouldn't be able to come out on Friday because they had some stuff happening at the office so they were shutting down the business for a few days.

He ripped out the coil and took it outside. The claim was denied because he stated that I needed a new coil and the A/C company does not cover rust. My coil was not destroyed because of rust. He offered to get me another coil for $1800, then over the day he could not find another coil. He was not telling the truth, and was trying to do this on the side for his own benefit. And he said he would come back the next day, leaving me with no A/C.  I had to hire another guy who was fantastic.

They were suppossed to be here the previous week between 8-11 and they never showed.  The next week they came out and were and said that they didn't think my warrenty cover window units.  The guy didn't know what he was doing.  He wouldn't measure the frion.  Then he wanted the $60 service fee.
