He was very good and thorough. He checked around and looked at the situation, deciding that he could no help me, so he did not charge. I appreciated that.

We have a really old house and the rats love it. When I see a critter I call them and they come and get it. They remove the animals and they put down a new trap. We have an annual contract with them and it is all inclusive. They come out four times a year automatically and they’ll come out between visits if I need them. I called at 10:00 pm one time because we caught a critter, and they came out. I just pay a onetime, flat fee for the basic pest control. They really like their customers and they try to get to you on the same day if you call with a problem. You can tell that they really like helping people. We have been with them since they started the company and the price has stayed the same. I think they are very reasonable.
