They arrived on time, cleaned, asked me to check their work. I was satisfied, so I took care of the paper work & they left. They were courteous, professional & well mannered.

It went great! Very professional and kind people. Tom is the owner and checked the work himself. It was very good experience.

Called me as promised before the appointment to inform me of their pending arrival. I asked to change the appointment to later that day and they accommodated me with no hassle. Arrived on time, did a walk through of the rooms, and got to work. I have several carpets heavily stained from a puppy. They pre-treated and shampooed, going over trouble spots repeatedly. They moved light furniture (chairs, boxes, etc) and ran a fan to help dry the carpets.
Having used several carpet cleaners in the past, including Dalworth, I would absolutely use these folks again for several reasons:
- Affordable
- Did not nickle and dime me for every treatment, stain, etc.
- Went over areas as many times as needed to get tough stains out (others tend to do it once and that's it)
- Fast.
- Professional, timely, pleasant
- Did not charge exorbitant fees when I asked to add an area
- Used protection on walls to keep their hoses from damaging things, a nice touch
I was very impressed, and would highly recommend them.

They did a great job. I have only used them once. I was pleased with service and I had no problems at all. I could really see a difference in one room. They are good company.
