It went great. The owner Tommy Harris was punctual for our first meeting to discuss the work and pricing. As we discussed what I wanted done, he paid close attention to my details and gave suggestions on how best to make the repairs. On the scheduled day of repairs, he and his crew arrived on time. I listened to him give instructions to his crew, and I did not have to remind him of any of my requests. His workers were professional, which to me is quick and courteous. They were extremely conscious about keeping my carpets clean when they traveled through my house to the room being repaired. Even though Tommy budgeted 2 days to complete the work, they completed the job in 1 day. The house looks great on the inside and outside, and I do not have to worry about rain getting into my house.

The experience overall was very frustrating. We had used Tommy 2 years before for interior painting in a different house, for which he was the cheapest quote & quality was OK. So, we called him for work at a new house. His price had gone up significantly since then but we were in a huge rush so went ahead. The original verbal quote was $5000, but somewhere through adding a couple more rooms to paint and a few more light fixtures, it ended up being twice as much (of course he didn't remember the original quote). A big issue with Tommy is he overpromises everything; time, cost, satisfaction. We must have had the "C" crew because it ended up taking them forever (2 weeks) just to paint 5 rooms with 3 guys working. We had to have them do one part over again 3 times because the job was so bad. The French door he installed the first time was cracked and they installed it anyway so that had to fixed. By the end, we were so worn down we just wanted to get them out of our house.

Tommy promised lots of things (like more personnel performing the work and professionals performing the work like true plumbers, electricians, etc.), but didn't deliver. They tore up my hardwood floors walking back & forth outside and then refused that he did it! Caught him lying to me (single female) three times which really is unacceptable. I am sure they treat male clients differently. They stole from my garage and used my tools without asking, then trashed them. Tommy also fired a friend of his who was working on my job (1/2 way thru) & neglected to get my key back. Then he lied about getting it and simply had a new one made and pretended it was my original. Needless to say, he paid for new locks for me. His ''plumber'' & 'electrician'' were definitely not certified & we wasted days attempting to install a tub faucet. I couldn't wait for these people to get out of my house. The job took twice as long as was supposed to due to the fact one guy was working 3 hours a day.
