Air Now Heating and Air Conditioning

I used Air Now for the first time back in 2010.  This summer when I started having issues with my air conditioner, I looked and looked and could not find my records with their name.  I used a different company and I was very disappointed.  Today on our coldest morning, my heater worked for a while and then shut down.  My thermostat had a blank screen and the heater would not turn back on.  I finally found my information on Air Now and made the call.  It was 6:30 am and the call was immediately answered.  They gave me a 8:00 am appointment time and were here as promised.  Air Now is a very professional, courteous, prompt, and reliable company.  They explained my options and gave me suggestions on the use of different type filters to prolong the life of my unit.

In and out, trouble isolation was quick the tech went to get part and installed same day.

These guys were amazing. We bought this house a couple of months ago and sure enough the AC stopped working. I called our home warranty on Tuesday (8/28) and they sent Air Now to diagnose the problem. They arrived early and discovered we had a non-repairable leak on the u-tubes. It is a major and costly problem (the u-coils cost $2400 alone). Ray, the owner, submitted the report back to our home warranty program and by the end of the day we had approval to move forward with replacing the part. The only problem at that point was that the part had to be ordered and shipped, AND we are going into Labor Day weekend. Estimated time to fix - Tuesday after Labor Day. This presented a different problem for us - we have guests arriving from out of town and it is forecasted to be over 100 this weekend. If it were just our family, we could survive. But visitors who have never been to Texas - forget it! Not the experience I was hoping to provide.
Air Now literally saved the weekend. They contacted the vendor and got the part here on Wednesday. They installed today (Thursday morning) and I have a cool house now. I cannot thank them enough for their amazing care and customer service. Ray (owner), Scott and Pete (the techs who came to my house), were absolutely fabulous. Thank you, thank you, thank you! They will definitely be our AC and Heating company for the future.

Scott was puctual, professional, and respectful. He quickly diagnosed why the AC unit wasn't working. Since it was an extremely simple problem, he fixed it and only charged me the diagnostic fee. Trustworthiness and honesty are extremely important traits, and Scott has both. I greatly appreciate his work ethic.

They were able to come out the same day. They ran diagnostics and ended up replacing a capacitor in the unit. Their price was very reasonable and they did a good job. I would highly recommend them.
