Affordable Property Clean Up were good. They did what they were supposed to do.

I had received two other quotes over $2000 + dumping fees which could be up to $600 and this did not include general cleaning of the inside of the house. I was telling my story to someone at Home Depot and they told me their friend was just starting in that business. I gave them a call and was very pleased with their professionalism. I explained that I was recently laid off and was trying to invest in real estate but that my money was tight. They understood and were willing to work with me. They did everything that needed done to be able to show the house, were very quick and worked within my budget. Once they hauled away all the trash it already looked like a different house. And because some of the stuff they removed was able to be sold they actually deducted $200 from the original estimate. The co-owners did the work themselves + one helper to help keep my cost low and just asked me to recommend them whenever possible.
