ACCURATE APPLIANCE REPAIR BY BILLY WYMACK

Billy is the reason I joined Angies List because of great service. He came fixed the problem and the price was very firm.

There is a young man and his name is Billy Wymack and Accurate In Home Appliance Repair is the name of his company. It turned out fine. He did a good job and very reasonable. I think it is like a one man show, he is the owner operator. I think a lot of people in my community have used him. We have a community website here recommending things and he is probably on there. He is prompt. He is professional. He is very reasonable.

I had called 5-6 other places that I found on Angie's List and most were booked out until the following week or were not answering, due to the fact I was calling past 5pm on a Wednesday. When I called Billy I could tell his number was probably a cell phone. I left a message and he called me back in less than 10 minutes. I scheduled him to come at 8am the next morning (Thursday). He was prompt and on time, calling when he was about 15 minutes away as I had asked him to do. He was very friendly and informative. He let us know that our fridge had work done to it before we bought it, because it had an aftermarket relay on it. He said the relay was the incorrect horsepower for our model and it wasn't even wired correctly. 
He replaced the relay and the fridge started working again. He charged $45 for the service call (the cheapest I have found, and then waived that charge because repairs were made). Our total bill was $175 for parts and labor which I would say was a fair amount.
I would recommend Billy to my friends and family for sure. He is a one man rodeo (owner/operator) and has been doing appliance repair since he was 13 years old! Very happy with the service he provided

Service and cost of repair was great!

He advised the refrigerator was not working and concluded I would be better off buying a new one, which I did. I appreciated his service. It was a good experience and he was on-time.

Billy came out twice, he serviced the Refrigerator but could not figure out what was setting off the alarm. I fugured out on my own that it had to be a temperature sensor because although it read 38 Degrees it kept freezing the contents. Rather than have someone come out for a third time, I replaced it. I will say he was polite, prompt & professional, I just lost faith in him.

Offered suggestions by phone to fix problem and when this didn't work arrived promptly at the specified appointment time (also called before appointment to alert us that he was on his way).
 Mr. Wymack discovered that our refrigerator had a dual computer control and that one of them was not working.  He got it to work and also advised how to try to handle this problem should it occur again. Very pleased with service.  

They are honest, straight forward, customer oriented, and they been in business a long time.

He is extremely honest and fixes the problem the first time. The rates are very good. He has a low-service cost fee. He has been serving the area for over 23 years.

When I needed the repair, I called Billy, he indicated he could be at my home in about three hours, and three hours later Billy was knocking on my door. Billy came in, checked out the oven, determined the hinges needed to be replaced and told me he would have to pick up the parts and would be back in a bit. Billy left, returned a short while later, and replaced the hinges. I've come to expect accurate work and fair pricing from Billy and I recommend him to all my friends that live in his service area.

Billy was very prompt with service. He was at our house within 45 minutes after I called to make an appointment. He had all the parts he needed with him and figured the problem in no time. Within half an hour he had fixed both the dishwasher and the ice maker on the refrigerator. Also he gives a year's warranty on parts and labor when he performs any repairs. Great service, great rates and same day service is always an excellent thing specially on weekends. (I got my stove fixed on a Sunday and it is very hard to find people who would fix things on weekends).

BILLY WYMACK WAS PROMPT. UPON ARRIVAL, HE QUICKLY ASSESSED THE PROBLEM. HE MADE SURE THE AREA WAS CLEAN BEFORE HE LEFT.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. BILLY DID A GOOD JOB AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE TESTED THE APPLIANCE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS WORKING OK.
