They continued to present us with offers using the same buyer, or a member of their family. We moved out of our home, so that the closing date would be smooth, per the buyers request. They wanted to move in as soon as possible. The closing did not happen, but they did not bother to tell us that it would not. I continually called and got no answers. After 12 closing dates, we finally told them to forget the whole deal. We were never kept up to date on any of the issues, Kim Taylor and Barbara Wilson were our agents, and neither bothered to keep us in the loop. After complaining to the manager several times, we got some information, but this went on for most of 2007. We listed the house with Ebby Holiday and within 35 days had an offer, and 2 weeks later it closed.
Description of Work: They listed our home, and found a buyer, but the buyer was NOT qualified. We found another home and made a contingent offer, ending up losing my $500 earnest money. The buyers only had put up $100 and we did not even get to keep that.
